In April 2018 the sixth edition of the regional conference Metal Days took place in Bulgaria

On the 24th and 25th of April 2018 the industrial conference Metal Days took place in RIU Pravetz, Bulgaria. This is a regional event dedicated to modern technologies and treatment of metal surfaces and this year marks its sixth edition. Hosts of the conference were five of the global leaders in the sector: TIGER Coatings GmbH Co. KG, Henkel AG Co. KGaA, Rosler Oberflachentechnik GmbH, Mankiewicz Gebr. Co, and Wanger GmbH. Over 120 guests participated in the two-day event which created a highly positive atmosphere of synergy among professionals and experts in the field. This years edition of the Metal Days proved once again that actions aimed at the common good bring together competent, positive and dynamic people.
During the first day the speakers introduced the latest innovations at their companies. The representative of Rosler, Georgi Zahariev introduced current blasting technologies, characterized by intelligent design, innovative features and durable components. Konstantin Keremetchiev and Ylian Shivarov from Henkel demonstrated companys leading adhesive technology products. The advantage of WAGNER in technologies for powder and liquid coating application were explained by Mihail Vasilev. Kristijan Marko talked about the current progress of Mankiewicz in liquid coatings. Konstantin Simeonov, Sales Director at Deyacolor LTD, exclusive representative of TIGER Coatings, introduced the latest innovation in powder coatings - TIGER Drylac 3D Metallics. On the second day of the event, the hosting companies introduced their policy for fair business in the sector.
The event hosted more than 120 guests, which confirm the high interest of the local business. The success of Metal Days in Bulgaria shows that the companies in the region recognize the value and importance of partnerships, technology and innovation in the metal and surface treatment industry. This was brightly exemplified by the hosts of the event who introduced products which greatly improve the quality of production and the competitiveness of local professionals.
