Two new Ihimer products unveiled at SAMOTER 2008SAMOTER 2008 was an opportunity for IHIMER (a company specialized in the production and sale of mini-excavators, skid-steer loaders and mini-dumpers, formed in 2002 from the joint venture between IMER Group and IHI) to showcase its new products. At Verona's prestigious trade fair, the San Gimignano-based company unveiled two new products for the very first time: the CL 35 track loader and Carry 110 mini-dumper.
The CL 35 model (developed by the Japanese firm IHI) is designed to offer the perfect balance between power and reduced consumption, guaranteeing maximum operability on sandy and muddy sites. The track loader is also extremely user-friendly and kinder on the environment. The new Carry 110 mini-dumper, a highly agile and versatile machine, was designed to meet the need for moving material around road and building construction sites (especially in confined areas). This model is intended to be multi-purpose thanks to its wide range of accessories.
The big announcement that IHIMER is making at SAMOTER 2008 is the new CL 35 track loader. This machine comes with a powerful engine (a 66.7 hp 2400 rpm YANMAR Stage IIIA, delivering maximum torque of 234.4 Nm at 1550 rpm) for maximum functionality, even in difficult conditions such as on sandy or muddy sites. This model also has a triangular shaped, 320 mm wide rubber track, highly efficient in all operating situations. The IHIMER CL 35 track loader has been designed to meet the needs of construction sites , combining power with low fuel consumption and reduced emissions, thanks to its ECO MODE system.
The new IHIMER CL 35 track loader is highly versatile and user-friendly . The controls of the track loader, which has a standard 0.36 m3 load shovel, are precise and responsive. This advantage translates directly into a considerable time and effort saving for anyone who has to work with the new IHIMER machine. The CL 35 track loader has also low noise level (due to the way in which its hydraulic circuit has been designed), which has the advantage of further enhancing operator comfort. IHIMER has also sought to extend the ease and speed of operation of the new machine to maintenance operations, using design solutions that make these operations faster and easier.
The new IHIMER CL 35 track loader is a highly compact machine, measuring 2,760 m in length, 1,670 m in width and 2,135 m in height (including the load shovel, the length is 3,455 m and the width 1,730 m). It has an operating weight of 3550 kg and an operating load (SAE load capacity) of 735 kg. In terms of performance, the significant flow capacity of the auxiliary hydraulic system (66.7 litres per minute with a maximum pressure of 210 bar) means that the new IHIMER track loader delivers a powerful breakout force (2860 kg). Because of the way in which the hydraulic system has been designed, the maximum translation speed is between 6.7 and 10 km per hour. These data show that this machine has powerful and flexible solutions capable of adapting to any type of work site.
The second ace that IHIMER is playing at SAMOTER 2008 is the new Carry 110 mini-dumper, a highly compact solution whose key features are versatility and ease of use. This is an ideal product for mixing large quantities of material (with an operating load of 1000 kg), able to work alongside larger earthmoving machinery. This is a highly flexible, intuitive and functionally complete mini-dumper, designed to meet the specific needs of road and building construction sites and ideally suited for nurseries and agriculture. The IHIMER Carry 110 mini-dumper is an ideal solution whenever small and medium volumes of material need to be moved in a confined area or small quantities of conglomerates need to be mixed for building. Despite its modest size, this is a truly powerful machine (with a 17.7 hp 3600 rpm Lombardini engine) that should have a key role in every construction site. Thanks to its bidirectional auxiliary port (28 litres a minute), the IHIMER Carry 110 mini-dumper is able to meet the needs of each site through the use of three easily interchangeable accessories: the tilting vessel, concrete mixer kit and trilateral platform. The tilting vessel (with a maximum capacity of 0.5 m3) is an ideal option for transporting and moving loose material (such as demolition rubble) and building materials, given that it can move in confined, inaccessible areas and be controlled by a single operator. The concrete mixer kit, meanwhile, can mix small quantities of conglomerates for building and transport them to the point of use, mixing while on the move. This makes it an ideal solution for restructuring work, where small quantities of concrete have to be used in a variety of locations (the total tank capacity/output is 350/280 litres). Finally, the brand new trilateral platform can transport building materials and bulky materials, and transport and unload loose materials for road consolidation, without the need for positioning manoeuvres. It has a load platform measuring 1300 x 980 x 300 mm. 19/03/2008 |
