Novelties of the IMER GROUP’S Mortar Spraying and Conveying Machinery Line at SAIE 2008The new hydraulic control two-cylinder piston pump Booster 15 was one of IMER Group's leading players attractions at SAIE 2008. Very compact and easy to transport, the machine allow for pumping cement with aggregates sizes up to O 25 mm and pressure at 70 bar, can perfectly adapt to all situations, even when space is limited. The Booster 15 pump has many "standard" accessories, such as the 12V electro-vibrator, cable remote control and hopper with a mixer that can be disassembled into two sections. There is also a wide range of optional solutions to meet each individual customer's' needs, such as the automatic lubrication system, admixture's dosing pump, the high pressure water cleaner pump and ON/OFF radio control.
The model Booster 15 has two different kits: one for the application of Spritz Beton and the other to pump concrete, with a variable hourly production of 2 to 15 cubic metres (which can be adjusted to a continuous flow). The Booster 15 concrete pump developed by IMER Group is a complete and easy-to-use product, guaranteeing high performance, especially on small construction sites, such as building swimming pools and general renovation work. Fitted with a Diesel Lombardini 4-cylinder engine (liquid cooled), this machine is particularly recommended for the rental sector as it is easy to handle and simple to use. During the designing process, careful attention was placed on the latest antipollution regulations, taking care to soundproof the engine bay and to make it even easier for those working on the construction site. As the hopper can be opened and tilted, it is remarkably easy to clean and maintain. The Booster 15 is fixed with the exclusive SOFT SPRITZ system, which guarantees optimal pumping conditions at a low pump rate, and with COOL FAST system, an increased cooling circuit, which it is ideal when used in extreme conditions. IMER Group's Construction Machinery and Mortar Spraying and Conveying Machinery Divisions are already in the process of designing other versions of the new concrete pump, with different flow rates and characteristics, aiming to meet all their customers' individual needs.
The continuous evolution and the completeness of the products' range developed by the Construction Machinery and Mortar Spraying and Conveying Machinery Divisions have allowed the Italian Group to become a leading producer in the plaster sprayers sector. Koine is one of the company's prestigious lines. It is extremely versatile and offers great advantages in terms of technological innovation. All the main versions of this range of plaster sprayers were on display at SAIE 2008, particularly the Koine 3L, which is ideal for dry and insulating pre-mixed materials, and the Koine 35, ideal to work with pre-mixed materials in bags or with silos.
KOINE 3L has a single-phase motor and a control panel with a three-speed inverter, exclusive to IMER, giving material flow rates of 11, 15 and 20 litres per minute. Thanks to the diaphragm compressor, developed exclusively by the IMER Group, maintenance is reduced to the minimum. As the machine can be disassembled into 4 modules, transportation is easy, while the 4 wheels and 2 hooks make it adaptable to all different maintenance requirements on the construction site. The KOINE 35 plaster sprayers are an ideal solution for the mixing and spraying of pre-mixed materials in bags or with silos. This model, with a 110-litre capacity hopper, was designed specifically to achieve compact dimensions (680 millimetres wide, 1,560 mm long and 1,190 mm high) and therefore perfectly adaptable for indoorside jobs.
The STEP 120 screw pump is another leading model in IMER Group's Mortar Spraying and Conveying line displayed at SAIE 2008. Available in the single-phase or three-phase version, this is the ideal solution for construction companies and those working with traditional plasters and pre-mixed materials. The high power of the engine in the three-phase version allows the operator to yield truly remarkable time for its category (up to 35 litres per minute), and it is also extremely easy to use. With the single-phase version, the use of the inverter and IMER's compressor allows it to be used (maximum flow rate of 25 litres per minute) even when the electrical supply is not optimal. Moreover, this model guarantees a great horizontal pumping distance (from 40 to 60 metres, depending on the model) and very high pumpable grain size distribution. 03/11/2008 |
