IMER GROUP’s full line-up will take part in the prestigious Paris trade fair NTERMAT 2009

IMER Group (European leader in the production of construction machinery, machines and plants for the production, transport and laying of concrete, mortar spraying and conveying machinery and specialized in the construction equipment sector) will be out in force at INTERMAT 2009, displaying the most representative products in its range. The Italian’s Group’s Concrete Machinery Division has its sights firmly set on mobile plants, and will be ensuring a high profile for its ORU ONEDAY, ORU MULTIS and ORU JUST models. The Construction Machinery Division and the Mortar Spraying and Conveying Division will be presenting two major new products on the international stage, namely the Booster 15 concrete piston pump and the Silent 300CL screw pump. As for construction equipment, IHIMER (the company formed in 2002 as a joint venture between IMER Group and IHI, specialized in the manufacture and sale of mini-excavators, skid-steer loaders and mini-dumpers) will be showcasing its CL 35 track loader and Carry 110 mini-dumper. The Italian Group will thus have a powerful and united presence at the event, with the direct support of its branch IMER France, which will also handle the distribution of these solutions on the French market.

In the concrete sector, the mobile plants developed by IMER Group’s Concrete Machinery Division will play a starring role at INTERMAT 2009. The flagship model is the ORU ONEDAY, whose strengths base in its ease of transport, compact dimensions and complete pre-assembly. This plant has a fully wired structure so as to allow immediate switchover from transport configuration to operating configuration. ORU ONEDAY also stands out for the innovative solutions built into it . The heart of the plant is the mixing unit, the ORU MS planetary mixer (with a load capacity 2,250 litres and vibrated output of 1,500 litres), which is capable of mixing various classes of high-quality concrete.

ORU MULTIS 750/500 is another mobile plant occupying a significant place in the IMER Group range. Pre-wired and pre-assembled, this model is capable of delivering 30 cubic metres of vibrated concrete an hour. Designed to meet the specific requirements of the pre-mixed concrete sector, it is also perfectly suited to the needs of pre-fabrication. ORU MULTIS 750/500 is highly mobile and easy to transport, as well as being simple to use and install. The plant is also outstandingly versatile, because of the possibility of combining from 1 to 3 radius lift arms or a horizontal plant. The WET version of ORU MULTIS 750/500 consists of 2 monoblock units, of which the mixing unit is pre-wired and pre-assembled. The mixing unit incorporates the ORU MS 750/500 planetary mixer, which is capable of quick, optimum mixing of all types of concrete.

ORU JUST is a mobile dry plant developed by IMER Group for loading concrete mixer trucks. Designed for easy transport and installation on all types of construction site, ORU JUST requires no masonry work for installation, thus making it very easy to transport and deploy on site. It can be transported on a standard-size articulated lorry and within a few hours is ready to produce concrete.

The Booster 15 concrete piston pump is the latest novelty of the IMER Group’s Mortar Spraying and Conveying Machinery line. It is a hydraulically controlled two-cylinder piston model, which is outstandingly compact and easy to transport. Booster 15 pumps concrete with aggregates sizes up to Ø 25 mm at a pressure of 70 bar, and adapts to any operational situation on the construction site, even when space is limited. This pump is supplied as standard with numerous accessories and a wide range of optional solutions. Easy to handle and simple to use, this machine adapts to the requirements of any type of construction site, including in urban areas. For this reason, special attention was paid to reducing pollution and noise (the engine compartment is sound-proofed), to facilitate the work of site personnel.
Silent 300CL is the screw pump developed by IMER Group for pumping self-levelling floor screeds. It has a very silent engine and fully complies with standards governing sound emission levels, thanks to the efficiency of its engine and the use of sound-proofing materials. The variable displacement pump with closed circuit offers high output, low energy consumption and reduced maintenance. The machine uses a 200-litre hopper with built-in mixer. The simplified control panel also enables real-time monitoring of pump operating status.

In the construction equipment sector, IHIMER will be exhibiting its CL 35 track loader at INTERMAT 2009. Designed to strike the perfect balance between power and fuel economy, this machine ensures maximum operativity on sandy and muddy terrain, while remaining simple to operate and minimising its environmental impact (thanks to the ECO MODE system). IHIMER has ensured that the speed and simplicity of the new machine also extends to maintenance operations, by adopting construction solutions that facilitate maintenance work. The CL 35 track loader is very compact, measuring 2.760 metres long, 1.670 metres wide and 2.135 metres high (with the bucket included, length reaches 3.455 metres and width reaches 1.730 metres). And its performance is outstanding. With an operating weight of 3,550 kilograms, the machine reaches an operating load (SAE capacity) of 780 kilograms and delivers breakout force of 2,860 kilograms.
At INTERMAT 2009, IHIMER will also be presenting the Carry 110, an extremely agile and versatile mini-dumper, developed to meet the needs of materials handling on building and road construction sites (especially in tight spaces). This model fulfils an extensive range of functions thanks to the use of a wide variety of accessories, including a body for construction applications, concrete mixing kit and three-sided body (all of which are interchangeable). The Carry 110 was conceived to meet the specific requirements of building and road construction sites, and as such can handle small-to-medium volumes of material in tight spaces or mix small quantities of conglomerates (while also constituting an ideal solution for nursery and agricultural applications). With an operating load of 1,000 kilograms, Carry 110 can also be used as a support vehicle for larger construction equipment.
