New Holland launches New RentSM in Germany

New Holland launched New RentSM in Germany: a new programme to support the rental services delivered by its dealer network. Through this initiative, New Holland aims once more to be closer to its customers, delivering a wide range of solutions built to satisfy their needs.

In order to make it even simpler to rent its machines, New Holland provides a number of different and integrated communication channels for its customers, who can: 1) call the New Holland Customer Service freephone number, which instantly identifies the nearest dealer and the availability of the machine requested by the customer, and completes the booking; 2) visit the website, where a dedicated rental area has just been published, allowing customers to make their reservations using the online booking request form. And with a “click to call” key, the website also offers customers the possibility of being immediately contacted by the New Holland Customer Service for clarifications and information on the booking and requested machine; 3) contact their local dealer directly.

The New RentSM programme covers the whole New Holland range, offering a choice of 13 product ranges, more than 80 base products and 600 configurations. The machines in the fleet are fitted with the brand’s most recent innovations, as well as a wide range of equipment to provide the customer with the best in reliability and productivity.

With its widespread dealership network, New Holland has rental outlets across the territory, assuring the availability of its machines where the customer needs them.
